The following temporary works inspection report template identifies when temporary works
should be inspected and provides a means to record that an inspection has been undertaken.
BS 5975-1:2024 clause 13.1.4 states that the temporary works implementation plan should
identity how the results of inspections should be communicated.
A checklist specific to the
temporary works should be
used to assist with identifying
key items to check. These
should be provided by the
manufacturer,
supplier
or
designer.
