The design brief

designed solution should include.
Scenario 1
You are a site agent working for a civil engineering contractor and you have been tasked with
installing drainage for a new 4-storey office block.
The redundant factory has been demolished, and the ground contamination and the Japanese
knotweed have been removed. The foundation for the new 4-storey office block has been recently
completed.
Your task, using the site plan on page 39, is to complete the design brief for a trench lining
system to support the vertical sides of the excavation to enable you to install the drainage.
