Scenario 2
You are a project manager and the appointed principal contractor temporary works coordinator.
The redundant factory has been demolished, and the ground contamination and the Japanese
knotweed have been removed. Drainage works around the boundary of the new 4-storey office
block have recently been completed.
A scaffolding contractor has been appointed and your task, using the site plan on page 39, is to
complete the design brief for a general-purpose access scaffolding to assist building a new
4-storey office block.
